Courses designed to support different audiences
For any subject area, we consider three levels of knowlege that might be required:
- Foundation: This is what everyone in an organisation needs to know. Not all subject areas have foundation levels.
- Delivery: For individuals involved in responding to SARs, breaches and other matters. Practical proceedures and comprehensive understanding of how to deliver efficiently.
- Leadership: This training is for individuals who will be an organisation’s expert and will need to have a good knowledge of both the legislation and practice.
Compliance focussed training programme
This programme is a set of three courses based on the levels of knowledge above. The courses cover the most frequent areas of compliance such and SARs and breaches. The Delivery and Leadership levels mix understanding the rationale of the requirements, and the practical approach to delivery. Tailored programme
Building on the different levels of training required we can offer modules of training at any level, but focussing on the areas thar you are interested in for the audience that is being trained. For example you might have a group of individuals who are going to be focussed on the delivery of SARs. We can offer a Delivery or Leadership training programme that focuses on SARs alone and includes far more practical detail than can be offered in the more general courses. Delivery Location
To keep costs down, we most frequently deliver training on our customer’s site. All we need is a room of the correct size, access to a screen and power. For longer sessions we would ask for lunch to be provided. If needed we can organise external venues, but the cost will be reflected in the price. Where courses are open attendance they will be held in hotels close to major routes.
